Can I have my prints customized?

Absolutely! Each event will have a personalized layout to showcase your event.

How many prints will the FlashFotoBox Print during my event?

Unlimited sessions during the event. Duplicate prints by request

How many photo strips are included in each session?

For 2×6 strips, you will receive 2 strips for each session! For 4×6 photos, you will receive 1.

Will there be an attendant at my event?

Yes, a friendly on-site professional booth attendant will be present for the duration of the event.

How many people can fit in the photo?

Since we have an open air photobooth, we can easily get 8-10 people in a shot.

How's the quality of the photos?

We use a professional dye-sub printer for lab quality prints that cuts and prints a photo in about 15 seconds.

Is there a set up and tear down fee?

No, there are no set up or tear down fees.

When is payment due?

At the time of booking, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be put towards the cost of your rental package. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. If full payment has not been received by the due date, your event booking may be cancelled. We will contact you via email and phone prior to cancellation.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is no delivery charge within 40 miles of zip code 75219, else $1/mile

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards.
